Day 1: Morning arrival at Cochin Airport/Thrissur Railwaystation - on arrival transfer to kadappuram Beach Resort Nattika, Thrissur. Afternoon consultation with the doctor. Evening free at beach. Over night.

DAY 2 to Days7/14 : Morning Ayurveda as per the advise of the doctor. Rest of the day free at beach. Or optional ½ day tours at extra cost.

Day 8/15 : Transfer to Cochin Airport/Thrissur Railway Station.
