Day 1 : Arrive - Cochin
Arrive at Cochin airport/station and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon free for
leisure. Enjoy a sunset cruise at Taj Malabar, Cochin. Dinner at the Waterfront
Cafe. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 : Cochin - Thekkady
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a sightseeing city tour of Cochin.
Return to the hotel for lunch. After lunch, depart to Thekkady by road. Arrive
at the hotel, in time for dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Thekkady
After breakfast go for a Spice Plantation Tour in the morning. After lunch at
the hotel, enjoy a boat ride in the beautiful Periyar Lake. Return to the hotel
for a screening of wildlife movie, followed by dinner. Overnight at the hotel
Day 4 : Thekkady - Kumarakom
Early morning, trek to the jungle followed by breakfast at the hotel. After
breakfast, depart by road to Kumarakom. Arrive at Kumarakom and check-in at
the hotel, in time for lunch.
Afternoon, free to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. Dinner will be provided
at the hotel restaurant or on the lawns. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 : Kumarakom - Cochin
After an early breakfast, go bird-watching followed by a backwater cruise. Depart
for Cochin - by boat to Thaneermukham jetty and then proceed in a car - to hotel
for lunch.
Afternoon free to relax . In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise. Return to the
hotel for dinner at the Waterfront Cafe. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 : Depart - Cochin
After breakfast transfer to the nearest airport/station for your journey back
home.
